It has been more than seven months that the radar speed sign has been in this state on Chemin de la Butte-aux-Renards. The city of Varennes takes no responsibility for the two installed devices. With an annual truck traffic of over 100,000, one would think it would be a priority to take every possible measure to protect its citizens, wouldn’t they?

This is one of the videos that was presented to Judge Kirkland Casgrain when the citizens of Chemin de la Butte-aux-Renards filed the request to put an end to 24/7 trucking, that is, day, evening and night, including weekends, which had been imposed on them since the spring of 2016.
